It is with joy in my heart that I write these words down. I have had the most wonderful of times, never have I experienced such pleasure, such joy as I have during these last couple of weeks and never could I have anticipated what was to come from the beginning.
I was invited to witness the union of hîr Andarne and his hiril Malliel. It was a beautiful ceremony, taking place in our beloved Lady Galadriels' Garden. The evening air was warm and filled with love and laughter. The music, being played on harp by hîr Lahdir and hîr Tinuvinil, was a delight to my ears and added serenity to the atmosphere surrounding us, all who had gathered to watch the union. O, they were so beautiful and my heart truly rejoyces for their happiness and love. May their love prosper and blossom for all days to come.
After the ceremony there was a gathering atop Telain Neduil, with wine and music, song and laughter. I took courage to my heart and sang a song to the Edhil gathered, hîr Tinuvinil accompanying me on his harp. O, how he play so beautifully.. and I find it so easy to sing to the tunes when he plays. We also danced together...
*smiles at the memory as she writes*
After that I was taking my leave, as the night had gone by so quickly and my eyes were getting tired. I was standing there on the road, speaking to hiril Nimlith, who was there for the union too, an Elleth I have met before in the Hall of Fire, but have not got the pleasure to conversate with much before. She seems to be sweet, has a musical ear that stuns me and is overall very kind and open. It was then he approached me and asked me to take a walk with him... and how could I refuse him?
*laughs to herself*
I do not dare to even write it down.. how silly I am. But, you know when your are filled with emotions, difficult to explain.. then no words are sufficient enough, it seems. All just comes out wrong, or in the wrong way, or not at all. Let's just say that I am full of joy.. and more than that.
I will leave it there for now.. and might just write a poem to try express my innermost feelings..
