Last night was certainly entertaining, and one doesn't know whether to shout at Sigfread, or embrace him.
This one entered the hall last night to find Mathildah there, gathering up a set of parcels, which contained our supplies for the coming days. One exchanged a brief conversation with her, before Sigfread came up to us, making sure we were ready. We all discussed this briefly, before the Rogue had to leave, to plan out our journey a little more. But, he did part with a few comments, the most notable being that he thought Mathildah and one were a good couple, and so on. One felt his cheeks flush almost immediately, and there was a silence for a time, before we both managed to speak up. But, as the conversation slowly went on, he discovered that the idea of them being a 'couple' did not bother her, nor did it him. And, well, one thing led to another, and we shared a kiss. After which we simply smiled, before she excused herself to get the rest of the supplies in order. This one is happy, and found himself having a better sleep than usual that night.
Before he returned to the hall today, he bought himself some new attire to wear while operating in the woods, on their next mission, and dyed it so that it would suit. This one is more than ready to set off tonight, and set up camp nearer to the Dourhand dwarves that we've been tasked to keep watch over. It will definitely be a more enjoyable journey, that is for sure, thanks to the Rogue. Today we set off south, which one can hardly contain his excitement for. This is what he has been waiting for. The world awaits him now.
