Background
House Ibon
House Ibon (Pronounced: I-ban)
The exact lineage of House Ibon is unknown and perhaps almost untraceable, but it is thought to have originated somewhere in Near-Harad towards the end of the Second Age after the end of Tar-Ciryatans reign and with the oppression of the Haradrim from the Númenóreans.
The earliest of the Nobles that descended from House Ibon were some of the great caravan-masters and guildsmen of the City-States of Sírayn, however they were more closesly related to the eastern Haradrim of Chyan and the Harúze that dwelled between Dune-Sea and Harúzan than the nomadic tribes that plagued the great deserts and dense forests of Near and Far Harad themselves. The caravan-masters and guildsmen of Erim Póa were regarded highly, as they were in all the City-States of Sírayn, holding much power over the commons more than one would expect from prestieged artisans that worked with the Scribes under the Tarbs ("Local Kings"), even earning the title, 'Tyatarbs' ("Small Kings"). They held small amounts of land, mostly in the South-East of the Sírayn province between the rural villages of Kuyu Atlin and Aksari to the town of Chennacatt that sat at the base of the Yellow mountains, separating Far Harrad from the Utter South and the dense forests and jungles. They were an impoverished House, only minor Nobles that owned naught but the house they lived in and the only possession they had kept as their legacy for the heirs that would inherit it.
The earliest recorded Lord of House Ibon was in the last years of the Second Age, only but a few after the great Downfall of Númenór. Lord Al Tufayl Ibon, wedded to the late Núsaybah Sawda of House Sawda, a greater House in the province that was under the precedent of Hudhayfah Udayl, the Tarb of Kírm-Lesra. The firstborn of Al Tufayl passed away as an infant after being stricken with disease in his cot, leaving only the second son and daughter as the heirs to the Ibon estate. The daughter, Rúdaynah Ibon was wedded off as tribute to another minor Noble family within the Sírayn province, leaving only Súfyan Ibon as the last remaining legitimate heir to continue the family line.
Tariffs had been lowered on the import of raw goods and the taxes risen on caravans that entered Erim Póa, causing a heavy loss in total income. This caused a long period of strife and poverty to berate Súfyan and his kin, with the loss of his father, Al Tufayl, the situation was almost dire enough it would require them to sell their material wealth and raw merchandise. Many years passed in this period of discord without much avail, mostly due to The Tarb that had come into power some years ago and reigned over an extended part of Haradwaith, taking a large portion of their income as tax, leaving them only able to break even and sustain themselves. However, a stroke of luck had transpired; a wealthy Ayatarb under the precedent of the Tarbh of Túl Isra, Hannad Firyal, had offered to wed off his third daughter, Lady Súhayr Firyal of the powerful House Firyal, a grand line of artisans that owned weaveries and dyeworks within the recesses of the prestigious districts outside of Sírayn, namely Sara Básk and Hárshandatt to the easternmost border of the province, leaving behind the unrelenting Desert sands and onto the grassy plains and steppes of the Ivory Peninsula.
With this, most of the financial problems that had bereaved the House for a decade or more were uplifted, aided greatly by Súfyan marrying into House Firyal. This allowed them access to the greater craftsmen guilds within and outside of Sírayn, increasing their productivity, manpower and export. However, Hannad had become slowly distrustful of Súfyan as his avarice for material wealth and gold grew exponentially.
Material wealth was higher than ever, coins flowed greater than the river Póros and the market for raw silk and velvet was stupendous. They were truly in the greatest period of time the House had seen since it's erection at the end of the Second Age and thankfully, this would last for much of the Third Age, becoming greater in power as they gained and bought more land along the base of Urîd Pharazâno and into Bozisha-Miraz. Lady Súnhayr Ibon, wife of Súfyan Ibon, had given him two sons, Údayl and Khúzaymah, who would both eventually marry into smaller Houses into the east. Lord Súfyan had met his demise at the stroke of midnight, deep within the streets of Tís Ayál at the hands of a Vísi assassin. The reason for the murder was unknown, and much of the history between the end of Súfyan's reign over House Ibon and into the late Third Age was lost with the Black Númenórean colonies that developed into independent kingdoms, establishing sovereignity about the Haradron tribal realms.

Whilst most of the men, women and children under the employ of House Ibon would naturally speak their native tongues of Harrad; Haradaic, Harúze, Jelut, and New Apysaic/Old Apysian, some will speak Westron, however for the sake of ease of access the natural /say dialogue will be in languages of Harradwaith, unless specified otherwise or in public RP hotspots.
