Elvish Lands

The water fell over the rocks with a soft pounding sound, ringing through Cisel's ears like a melody of a song.  The birds, the wind, the trees were all the harmonies working together with the falling water to create a beautiful ensemble, causing Cisel to smile softly as she turned her gaze to the sky.  The breeze gently pushed the soft clouds across the sky, who seemed to reflect the colors of the trees and flowers in the little valley of Imladris (as Agarios called it).  To Cisel, it seemed everything from the houses to the plants to the animals and even the people in this valley portrayed an unusual beauty.

Though it was almost too much for Cisel.  She loved it, but something about it bothered her.  Perhaps it was merely the grand houses were so foreign to her she felt uncomfortable to not sleep on a street or in a forest.  Whatever it was, Cisel knew she was ready to travel again sometime.  The Elves, for the most part, had been friendly to her.  Especially since Agarios was the one to introduce her.  She did indeed enjoy spending time with him, he was one of her wisest friends, and in her eyes one of the more trustworthy.  Though some of the humans she knew would tend to disagree with that.

However, it did not feel like a waste of time for Cisel to have came to the valley.  The books were not helpful to her, but she did get a chance to learn a few new things.  Which that in itself is worth traveling years for.  Cisel cursed herself for growing too shy though to ask some of the questions truly nagging her.  She longed to know how the world work, to learn legends others seemed to already know, to see the truth behind what met the eye.  Just like the Wargs, who she believed to be nothing but pure evil until she learned bits of the truth.  Although, she still wished to learn about their past and what made them to be who they were.

Aeonid seemed to have made himself scarce since they made it to the valley, though the only reason he came in the first place was so Cisel did not have to travel alone.  He was not fond of Elves to begin with, like many of his people weren't.  In honesty, if it wasn't for Agarios, Cisel probably wouldn't have trusted Elves as much either.  But they, like the Wargs, were very much a mystery to her that she wished to learn about.

The wind blew again, breaking Cisel from her thoughts as she turned her head to look around.  Nothing had really changed as the waterfall beside her continued to pour.  A soft sigh broke from Cisel as she turned to make her way back up to the grand home.  Perhaps now she could find an Elf to ask questions to, if she could muster the confidence to ask more.  Her mind was to full of questions sometimes, there wasn't many who could bare all of them.
