Like last year for the Forge Day we gathered at the forges! Many had come; dwarrows, men, hobbits and elves. Mostly dwarrows though. Many had tools, equipment and ingredients for their attempts in crafting, while others brought their merrymaking capabilities and good will to the warmth amongst the forges!

I opened with a speech, on the importance of Forge Day to all crafters regardless of race! I also welcome friends, allies and passerby's and importantly informed them of the events ahead.
Afterwards, we were graced with the fantastical music by the Rolling Kegs, Zabad Kandral leading on like the stout dwarf that he is! Brilliant, all in all!

Afterwards, the finishing touches were done in a workshop nearby, and Asudrom and his large following returned. There, all were shown the great hammer! Zabduna Kveltrild call aloud to all; "I name thee "Thanbukhebâb"; the Thunder of the Forges!".
There were cheers allround, crafters and non-crafters alike stood in awe of the hammers magnificence!.

The rolling Kegs gave us more music to further our merrymaking, and by the time they were done Hammertossing was ready to begin! Before that though, an unrecognizable ragged, dirty and quite confused dwarf nearly came falling into the crowd. It was Odsi, back from captivity, I quickly ordered Hlifa and Kveltrild to tend to his wounds and needs; he was in bad shape.
He came ever so slowly back to some form of health, many gathered round to wlecome him back and give him aid, if needed. I for one desire a reported, as soon as he's able!
Asudrom, Dhordur, Oininen, Hilfar, Odsi and our hobbit friend Amorey had a go. It was no easy task swinging a hammer hallfway across a large hall to hit cylinders on an anvil. Amorey nearly fell into the burning embers of the fire but managed a good throw nonetheless. Others, well they were a bit better, though as aforementioned it was no easy task! The winner was crowned, Hilfar Ullfar's son, in two throws and six cylinders. It is quite apparent that his deskjob in Othrikar is paying off, he must be throwing orders like a maddwarf!
I jest.
We ended with more music and ale, and brought a good day to a close.
