Fortitude is courage in adversity or pain
Not following mind to fret or big mouth to complain
Fortitude is dropping head into a charging stance
And rather tan recoiling, Fortitude says "Advance!"
"Attack, endure, withstand, sustain!"
And to always remind:
"I'm not defeated, I'm not done
To my strength I'm not blind"
