It doesn't matter what I do, I still miss you ...
It was quiet in the house, as Zandrianna sat patiently writing out a list. Occasionally, she'd look up and stare out the window, and shake her head, before turning back to her planning. She'd mused over taking Althessia to Ered Luin, ever since she had returned from the Shire. The thought of bringing her daughter to see the elf ruins and the charms of the area brought a small smile to her tired features. However, there was also a sense of urgency, as she felt the stress press down on her.
She turned away from those thoughts, instead focusing on the upcoming trip and who best to watch over the association in her brief absence. The only one that came to mind was Rastellion and, though she feared he would be put out by it, she was determined to have him keep an eye on things until she returned. Immalaine she had already spoken to, and the young woman knew that she was to keep an eye on the house. Althessia's bag was already packed with what she would need for the trip, and Zandrianna only needed to double check her own in order to set out.
Wandering over to a nearby bookcase, she picked up one of the ledgers that Komatsu had often written his thoughts in; she brought it to the fire, opening the leather cover as she settled into a seat to begin reading. If she could not have him here, she'd at least have his thoughts and feelings.
It would have to be enough ....
