How can one describe a feeling so powerful that can stop everything around you?
When i saw Rhianonn walk towards me next to Gohen, her father, i knew immediately that i was the luckiest man in Middle-Earth. The small steps, the shy smile, the big blue eyes, the immaculate white dress, the small flower she was holding... everything made her look like if an Ainur had descended to Trestlebridge. I will never see anything more perfect in my life.
As she walked towards me, the people of Trestlebridge were looking from above the winding path and standing on the bridge. These people have suffered more than a few orc attacks in the last months and they all seem delighted with the happy event. Our friends were next to us, and i could hear someone crying. But i only had eyes for the bride.
When she came next to me she smiled and gave me that look i know so well. Her eyes were warm but firm, showing to me how important this was to her. She started saying her vows:
I admire your strength, your will, your loyalty and your honor, but I love your heart and your soul.
I saw you falling down helping others, I saw you getting up for them with a smile and... while all that happened, I only wanted to be your support, stay beside you, and have a bath in your light, because you are the shiniest star I´ve ever seen, and in my darkest night you always shine for me.

I listened to her lost in her eyes. I could have stayed contemplating her for a thousand years. When she finished, i kept looking at her, hypnotyzed. She smiled to me and i left that moment of eternity to read my vows.

And i kissed her. I could felt the explosion of joy we created, between us, between our friends and between all the good people of Trestlebridge. We laughed hearing their claps and cheers. Fireworks started flying and people approached to congratulate us.
But i only had eyes for the bride.
