 | Once again, I return to Lothlórien. My summons came, as soon as I awoke on the third day of my stay in Imladris. These are becomming troublesome, and always I long to be with my beloved. Though duty 'afore hearts. It was an important summons. Lothlórien was under assault, and still is, from the North. Orcs came in force, yet they were driven off. Now, I sit in Talain Galadhrim, writing this. I did, however, recieve a letter from my beloved. She wishes me well, and I return the thanks and my love. I miss her terribly. Mayhaps I shall speak with my Lady, asking for leave for a period. But my love is torn between my country, and the one I love. Now, the night comes; and duty yet again calls. I am to patrol the City, and keep the night secure. Tomorrow, I shall write again. |
