The job of an officer

This is written in a hurrying manner, sometimes the paper is torn by the angry writing

As I wrote before I became a Lieutenant in the Bloody Dawn, a great weight, having to keep the others well-trained, keep things in motion, stay by them when most needed and support and guide them.

Sometimes I feel I am doing it all well, other times no. I made two training expeditions as of late and I organize more, as well as some gatherings, so that our ties are strengthened and we all learn to work together whatever our specialty is. But an officer isn't just a man who orders his men around, pushing them to their limits and punishing them in case of something going wrong. He has to support and guide them as well, and I am troubled for that part, Nime is sad and troubled about Rossethor being captured by Orcs somewhere in Angmar, Dataak is torn after losing his wife and daughter, and Ostergo... That fellow has some issues, he's gone mad out there in the first expedition, and after we went to the Dawnhall he started hallucinating and crying, I have to talk to him, learn about his past and help him anyway I can. I promised Nime I will do anything in my power to help her bring back Ross and I support Dataak as much as I can.

But I feel a distance grew between Nellye and me, I have to get closer to her to, give her more of my time, I fear I may lose he. I will do anything that I can to keep her by my side... Everything that I can...

I feel more issues may come up, but I will stand up to them, help everyone the way I can, they are all my friends, my dear friends and my beloved woman... I will not stand by those problems, I will not watch them, I will be there for them.
