A Leathery Journal - (20th entry) Boredom in the mountains

I ask of you to only accept my love, I ask not that you love me.
I ask of you to release the grab you have of my heart, I ask you not to embrace it.
I ask of you to free me of your spell, I ask not that you shall bind me.

I offer you my hand. I offer you my heart, head and soul. I offer you all if you will only give me you, and I beg of you. Let me treat you like the princess I know you are, despite me not being your shining knight.
Your light shines brighter than any star on the night sky. Your warmth is more comforting than any summer sun's glow and the bitter-cold sting of knowing I will never be with you, is more freezing than any winter I will ever endure. I will give you all in exchange for you, even if I know I am the one offering the least.
