My last two days have been fairly interesting. I have not only met a newly arrived aducated healer, I dare say doctor, though I am beginning to come in acceptance to the fact that I am surrounded by idiots.
I literally bumped into the traveller, who apparently had heard of my reputation as a sucessful healer in Bree. Even though I were flattered, I believe I should be careful of what I say around the man, lest my past in Dale comes to the surface. Yet I finally find a person with whom I have the opportunity to discuss matters of work and research. Such a rarity is not to be left pass unexploited.
Yet last time, our talk were interrupted by a man who called a wild bear his Friend. The cretin dared bring the “tamed” and “harmless” creature not only loose in town, but in the Prancing Pony as well. Chaos soon initiaed as the few people with common sense tried to resist the animal, one of which being a brave dwarf, called Belek. He came to town. looking to eliminate spiders in the wilderness from what he said, and so we sealed an agreement, that he would send me their poison, in exchange for coin. It is fortunate to have come across him, for I were beginning to run out of supplies.
The previous day were just as eventful. Yet much more peculliar. Why Mordridd would confess to be a siblng to me eludes me, and it sounds as dangerous as surrendering into the mouth of a wolf. I need to speak to the inspector as soon as I can find him again.
For informational purposes I ought note down the fact that Turkano now depends on me, seeing as, from what he rambled, his group of fellow warriors scattered and some are wounded. I tried, with his company, to track down the so-called injured individual. However the search has been unsucessful. And I am unwilling to risk my life for a perfect stranger.
