Proper yet stalwart Bounder Frendo and his adventurous cousin Bria sit atop the Hill with their new friend, a traveller who goes by the name Nia.
Claiming to be from Gondor and trying to return as a way to get as far from Bree-land and the Blackwolds as she possibly could, ex-brigand Ashenne Blackrush - a skilled liar yet not knowledgeable enough about the world to travel - created the identity of Nia.
When the Blackwolds were defeated and she was free to flee to her home, Nia found that she had come to enjoy her time in the Shire. Though she no longer wished to leave her friends in the Shire, she felt that her lying to the hobbits could go on no longer and returned to Beggar's Alley in Bree-town.
