Notable Buildings of the Valley of Combe

Notable Buildings of the Valley of Combe

as writ by Barton Tanner, Scholar of Combe, and Builder Earur of Combe, T.A. 3014

((This is intended as a reference for RP in Combe, noting the buildings and what lies within. This is not all necessarily true, some of it is simply suggestion of what could be.))

The Comb and Wattle Inn

The Comb and Wattle, held by the Honeymeade family for as long as anybody can remember, lies in the heart of Combe. It looks over the Market-place, upon the great porch it shares with the training hall. Within is drink for the thirsty.and atop are rooms for passing strangers' respite; though there are not too many to sleep there.

Combe Training Hall

This building, sharing a porch with the Comb and Wattle, is a place of the Watchers. There gather members of the Watch, to train and strategise, and to report sightings along the roads. If one wishes to join the Watch, one should look here.

Combe Crafting Hall

Lying upon the outskirts of town is the Combe Crafting Hall. Within the Combe Crafting Hall are artisans of every kind, who later sell their wares at the Market. If one so wishes to accquire an apprenticeship in these crafts, one should seek to join the Crafting Hall.

Leecher Cartwell's House

When the people ail, they go to none other than the Cartwells, whose family has been aiding the people for as long as anybody can remember. Here, though the room is small, an assortment of potions line the walls. Though the Leecher-house is pungent with the odors of potions, if one ails, one should seek out the Leecher House.
