The small-town of Combe may not be as large as Bree, but it serves well enough for those who reside in it. They are wary of the brigands near their home, having taken in survivors after the attack upon Archet.
They've had to work hard, but too, they drink and rest at the Comb and Wattle Inn! There, Lizbeth Honeymeade serves ale to those who want it. Her establishment is welcoming to all, though, some locals say it must be said she is known to run her tongue.
Though its appearance might be worn, it serves the men well when they need it. The Inn is a place to meet, a place to rest, and a place to drink. It is open to all those in Combe, and the occasional passing traveller coming through. Join us, at the Comb and Wattle Inn!
This is an event based around Bree-landers. To keep to the provided atmosphere, it is asked that no 'magic' be roleplayed, anything more than rich merchants, lords/ladies, or exotic/foreign characters and Elves. The only sort of fighters would be the Watchers, and not mercenaries or heroes.
If one wishes to join the event, it is strongly advised that they roll a Bree-lander, and keep them as ordinary as possible. The presence of anybody other would be very strange, and lore-breaking, even. The presence of Rohirrim or Elves and the like would be very odd, and break immersion for some people.
