I hope your patrol could continue in my absence as planned, and the vale continues to be safe under your watch.
As for this, I am sending this letter together with three of my trusted friends of the Free Peoples. You may have met some of them before, in Imladris or in their own homelands.
You, too, have always entertained to strengthen the bond between the Free Peoples in your home. And it is for this matter these friends are now appealing to you.
You have, in time, already learned of the efforts of the alliance they call the Eldariant, or so I am assured. We of this alliance would like to strengthen this bond, and reach out our arms to the Warband of Imladris in friendship.
If you, as the Warband or as individuals, would take these offered hands, it would strengthen in time not only this alliance but the bond of hope and trust among all Free Peoples, or so we hope.
This is my wish. Hear now, if you will, the own words of these who came to bring this message, and the words of their own leaders, and they will hear yours and return them in kind.
