Andswaru took me to that derelict pub we had seen on the way. The beer was quite awful…!

((OOC: I had never seen that warg head holding up the cloak before! It’s awesome :) ))

Journal #6 - Farewell to the Shire

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Well, we are leaving the Shire behind now and are on our way back towards Bree. Everybody's singing as we ride now - we are all glad to be on our way home.

Journal #5 - Homesick

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

The Shire is so pretty!

We have been exploring it the last days while Father does business with the horse breeders of the land. It is as they said though - the small people breed mostly ponies, and buy their workhorses from the men of the north. Perhaps Father will want to go there, but I hope not.

Journal #4 - Hobbits and Dwarves

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

It has been two days since I wrote. We are on the road towards the Shire now, and the weather is not improving. It started raining in the morning and is still raining now, at lunchtime. We are all sitting in or on the cart, trying to stay somewhat dry.
Andswaru is asleep - I told him to sleep some more, as his wound seems to bother him more than he lets on. I will see if we can buy some salve for it at the next stop, if it does not get better.

Strange new people

What strange people you meet when travelling! Here where we took first camp, I met a man who I first thought was another Holbytla - no, he is in fact of the mythical Dwergaz! A most polite man, as was the Holbytla joining us by the fire.

The food of the Holbytlan is delicious. I am looking more and more forward to see their land. Godspeed to you, Master Hobbit - I hope you return safely from the Barrows.
