A tall and hardy looking man, with thick dark hair and dull eyes the colour of ocean. His dour features look raw and weathered, betraying a lifetime spent in the forest and hills. Furthermore, the ragged scar that creases his right cheek suggests that he is a man not unaccustomed to battle or hardship. In short, you get the distinct impression this man has not lived a soft life.

His body is not heavily muscled, but his limbs look powerful and his broad shoulders make it clear he is a man of some considerable strength and stamina; although perhaps not the most fleet footed or agile of them. Despite this lack of grace however, he looks far from clumsy and observation of his swordsmanship would make it clear he has received substantial instruction in how to use the sword he carries.

His mannerisms suggest that he is a man who is entirely at ease with himself; his voice thick with a natural confidence that suggests he has absolutely no doubt about his own place in the world, nor his ability to shape events to his own liking. When not aware he is under the scrutiny of others however, his moods quickly turn dark and his eyes become restless as though he is troubled by some inner turmoil or conflict.

Keen eyes will notice that his equipment is almost a mirror of himself, being both well-worn through use and exposure to the elements. Despite this, they look serviceable and well cared for. Even if they have seen better days.
