| Outward Appearance | Fynno Oddfoot is a stout middle aged Hobbit. Since being awarded the position of Head Bounder in the village of Frogmorton Fynno has become deeply attached to his new tin helmet. He can usually be found with his pipe in his hand and a smile on his face.

Background
Fynno became a Bounder on the very day of his coming of age. And from that day to this he has never once missed a days duty. His hard work paid off as the current Head Bounder of Frogmorton recently retired passing the position (and a rather fine hat) on to Fynn. Like most Hobbits Fynno prefers a quiet life with no fuss or bother. He is always glad to have the chance to chat to passers-by whilst Beating the Bounds and never leaves home without his pipe.
