Luzbug's wrath

Luzbug was overlooking the construction of the new fighting pit. Higher and with spikes on the top facing down at the contestants. Anyone that would want to jump out of it would be impaled. Workers from other parts of Dunland came to work on the project aswel. With the escape of a prisoner under the eye of the white hand, all of Dunland was put to shame.

Luzbug, the half-orc

Luzbug

The chieftain finally was being presented before Luzbug, dragged to the half-orc by the strong arms of two Uruk-hai. The half-orc spoke in his almost hissing voice: ''You have the prisoner back. Your men have had their fun with starving them half to death. Now execute both of them, so that Isengard might forgive your failure.'' The chieftain looked at the half-orc and said in his rough voice:'' I cannot do that. He is bought as a slave for the pit. He will die in that pit.'' The half-orc looked at the chieftain in disgust, spitting near the chieftain's feet. ''You make me sick Dunland scum. We give you a chance for redemption but you only make it worse for yourself.'' Luzbug turned towards the two Uruk-hai and continued: ''Put the chieftain in his hut and let one of you guard the door. Sent word for Isengard. Call for a Warg hunting pack!'' The chieftain looked at the half-orc with big eyes filled with confusion and anger. ''You cannot do this! I'm the chieftain!" The poor man was already being dragged away, before the half-orc shouted his response to the man. "Isengard has relieved you of your duties!''

Wargs came to Avardin three days later. The beasts were put in cages alike to those that held the prisoners. The beasts were barely allowed to feast, making them viscous, even for warg standards. The banner of the white hand was being hung on the insides and the outsides of the pit. Important Dunlanders from all over the region came to witness the upcoming fight. All of them would see Isengard Finnish what they couldn't. Most of them weren't as thrilled about this fact and small brawls started between some of the Dunland workers and the Uruk-hai watchers but nothing serious that the White hand couldn't easily suppress.

On the day of the fight, Luzbug will be watching over the fight. His Uruk-hai will make sure that even if the captives won, none will leave that pit alive if the Uruks could have a say in it. Saruman's name will not be disrespected.
